How we became home services marketing leaders

I started working in the family HVAC business back in Ottawa in my 20’s. A lot has changed in the way we attain clients in 30 years. I’ve owned 2 HVAC companies and worked with many other trades on various projects. I wanted to help trades businesses improve their lead acquisition and sales processes and in 2016 I transitioned to internet marketing.

How to get started

Our Discovery process

I think you’ll agree in any service industry, if we want to provide an effective solution to any problem or challenge, there needs to be some diagnostics.

It’s no different when we help trades and home service companies. Our approach begins with in-depth discovery process to understand your target audience, their needs, and behavior.

The length of this process depends on the size of your company, goals, and expectations. It usually takes a series of 1 to 3, 1 hour zoom calls. A small investment of time considering the return on us providing a comprehensive solution.

This is generally a free 30 minute initial connection, usually on ZOOM, to determine if we’re a good fit before moving further.


The next sessions we call ‘Discovery’. We want to learn the specifics of your business, goals and expectations. During these sessions, our goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of your company, its triumphs, challenges, and goals. This is a strategic conversation aimed at uncovering valuable insights.
